Being a management consultancy outfit, Andhika Pramuthya is keen on assisting organisations, big and small, near and far, to look at change and perception building not as chores or an alien idea, but an important exercise in confronting the many challenges of today’s world

We try to make Change as easy to understand as possible, but every change is not easy. In fact, many is tarried with failures. But staying the same, or in this case, doing minimal changes to products and services and relaunching it again and again means we’re open for attacks and discredits. We live in a world of copycats and also generic products and services. Uniqueness triumphed, and it can, but only for a short period of time, before the novelty then vanishes into thin air

And then what, that is the basic question we do ask to organisations that wants to partner with us in finding their next path and adventures. Building the next idea, the next product, the next big thing, is making a new story that will reside in the organisation’s DNA for months if not years to come. It starts with having goals in mind, and following through with concrete, executable actions and plans
