Peaceful Identity Measurement (PIM)

PIM is a measurement, uniquely developed by Andhika Pramuthya to measure an organisation’s competitiveness and sustainability, as well as its commitment to great workplace culture, abled governance and leadership, and innovative and sustainable products and services


Instead of usually relying on profits and of course, the shareholders’ mandate, we feel that employee well-being, as well as the means to publicise products and services must take on new and stringent yardstick as we truly embrace ‘no harm done’


Bearing on not just competent leadership but an enlightened paradigm, we at Andhika Pramuthya believes that an organisation can truly transcend mere greed for more profit by embracing a greater purpose, aka to help each other improve, and become better, spiritually and mindfully
Enlightened members of organisations can transform daily workloads into a more meaningful endevour and together find solutions to benefit everyone


This, of course, will not happen if the workplace is toxic, replete with never ending bad bosses’ shenanigans


It is an organisation that truly looks at the lowest ranked member as God’s gift and the need to appreciate and develop each human to their fullest potential possible whilst engaged with the organisation. It’s not just a responsibility but a passion

There’s no shame in Malay-nes, more so being Malaysians. As Sg Batu’s civilization has surpassed the ancient Rome and Greek’s timelime, not just as the oldest civilization in south east asia, we are the new generation that’ll honour Tanah Melayu’s ancestors pusaka and bring our version of organisational intelligence to the world
