+ Getting the teams in the organisation to prepare performances, or work with external teams to research, re create as well as yield seeds for original art, or culture innovations and materials
+ Collating important niche materials relating to organisation’s identity in relations to history anecdotes or similar fervours in past stories that could inspire greatness and great work ethics
